Well, that's what would happen in an ideal world, but we need std tuning for the other 364 days of the year, and I hate swapping gauges and adjusting truss rods

I'm just yankin' yer chain. The idea that ANYONE feels like taking time to figure out how to play one of these songs is... sort of jaw-dropping to me. So thanks for telling me about that, even if you guys didn't actually follow through.
On the other hand, I have been slowly moving all of my guitars to higher string gauges of late. I found I couldn't do it with just one - when I'd switch to a different instrument, the smaller strings started feeling funny. |

Oh, we are still going to do it. Didn't happen last year, won't happen this year as I have gig commitments and can't attend the "jam", so Adrian and I have shelved it until 2008!
I did play it again tonight, but gave up on the Beller 5-string version - LOL!
