It has been a long time coming, this first solo album of mine. Lots of interesting things happened, lots of wonderful people were involved and helped me along the way. Steve Morse spoke in the liner notes of his High Tension Wires album about not feeling very comfortable with the term "solo" album - since it's very often the assistance of other people who make projects like this one possible. I'd like to present here the views and perspective of two of the folks crucial to the success of this record: bassist Bryan Beller and drummer Chris Gorczyca. These guys are unbelievable players and absolutely terrific humans who I can never thank properly for their contributions to this project. Oh, and yeah, I put in my two cents, too.
